Scallop is stir-fried with Schezuan Sauce on hot wok.
Ingredients: scallop, vegetable, oyster sauce, chicken stock, minced ginger, cloves garlic, bell peppers, dried chile peppers, wine vinegar, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil.
Vegetables: onion, celery, zucchini, broccoli, carrot, cabbage, cauliflower. Vegetables can be changed due to season.
