This page sets out the terms and conditions (“Website Terms") on which we (“we", “us" or “Golden Lor Yarrabilba"), provide our services through our website www.goldenloryarrabilba.com.au. Please read these Website Terms carefully before ordering any products through the Website, as your use of the Website and purchase of any products offered on the Website is subject to these Website Terms. By ordering products via the Website (whether now or in the future) or continuing to use the Website, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms.

We may from time to time amend, update or change this website including these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

1. WEBSITE ACCESS

You may access some areas of the Website without making an Order or registering your details with us. Most areas of the Website are open to everyone.

If you choose to register an account, you are responsible for keeping your user name (normally your email address) and password secure and are responsible for all use and activity carried out under this user name.

When you use the Website or register an account, you will provide us with personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, etc. . You must ensure that this information is accurate and current. We will handle all personal information we collect privately and securely without disposing the information to any third party.

2. HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER AND HOW IT IS PROCESSED

2.1. Compiling your Order: Once you select the Products you wish to order from the menu of our Restaurant and provide other required information, you will be given the opportunity to submit your Order by clicking or selecting the “proceed", “place my order", “checkout" or similar button. It is important that you check all the information that you enter and correct any errors before clicking or selecting this button; once you do so we will process your Order and errors cannot be corrected.

2.2. Amending or cancelling your Order: Once you submit your Order and your payment has been authorised, you will not be entitled to change or cancel your Order online. If you wish to change or cancel your Order, you may contact us directly at 07 56081011 in order to communicate your requests. However, there is no guarantee that will cancel your order if our staff may have already started to process your Order.

2.3. Processing your Order and Restaurant rejections On receipt of your Order, we will begin processing and notify you by email that your Order has been received and is being processed. Any confirmation page that you may see on the Website and any Order confirmation e-mail that you may receive each merely indicate that your Order has been received and is being processed by us, and does not necessarily mean that your Order has been accepted by the Restaurant. Our Restaurant has the discretion to reject Orders at any time because they are too busy, due to weather conditions or for any other reason. We will notify you (generally by your mobile phone and email) as soon as reasonably practicable if we reject your Order due unexpected situations.

2.4. Delivery/ Collection of your Order: times for deliveries and collections provided by the Restaurants are estimated. Our staff will attempt to process and deliver food within the estimated times. If we can not make your order on time due to unexpected circumstances such as weather condition, unexpected busyness, we will notify you as soon as possible for the delay of your order. The delay time will not be more than 30 minutes.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

3.1. Price: prices for individual menu items will be as quoted on the Website in Australian dollars. The total price at check out will be the sum of all individual prices include any applicable taxes delivery costs (if you opt for delivery instead of collection).

3.2. Incorrect Pricing: This Website contains a large number of orders and it is possible that some of the items may include incorrect prices or some errors happened at check out process which make the total price is incorrect. We recommend that customers should check the total price at check out and let us know if there is any incorrect in total price at check out.

3.3. Payment methods: Payment for Orders must be made by an accepted credit or debit card through the Website or in cash to the Restaurant at the point of delivery/collection.

3.4. Credit and discount vouchers: A credit or discount may apply to your Order if you use a promotional voucher or code provided by Golden Lor Yarrabilba.

3.5. Rejected Orders: Once you have submitted an Order that you are paying for by credit or debit card and your payment has been authorised, you will be charged the full amount of your Order. If your Order is subsequently rejected by Golden Lor Yarrabilba or cancelled for any other reason, your bank or card issuer will refund the relevant amount. However, this may take between 3 to 5 working days (or longer, depending on your bank or card issuer). You acknowledge and agree that Golden Lor Yarrabilba will not be responsible or liable to you in relation to this delay by your bank or card issuer in the release of funds back into your account.

4. REFUND POLICY

Golden Lor Yarrabilba does not offer any refunds for their products or services.

5. CUSTOMER CARE

5.1. Questions about your Order: If your Order is taking longer than expected or you have any other problems with your Order, in the first instance you should contact us directly by phone number at (07) 56081011.

5.2. Changing or cancelling your Order: If you wish to change or cancel your Order after it has been submitted and payment has been authorised, you may contact us directly by phone number at (07) 56081011. If your order has not been processing, we will credit your order for the next time of buying.

6. DISCLAIMERS

6.1. Website information: We may make changes to the material on the Website, or to the Service, Products and prices described on it, at any time without notice.

6.2. Specials listed on our website are subject to change. Restaurants may alter their specials, voucher codes, promotions at any time, including removing or changing the terms of any loyalty discount program.

6.3. Allergy and dietary information: You can access the detail information by clicking Detail button of each food item on our website. The detail information will provide you with the ingredients used to make the food. We also provide filtering functions in our website so you can filter the type of food that you are looking for, for example, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, etc. If you are in doubt about allergy warnings, contents of a dish or any other Menu Information, you should confirm with us directly before ordering.

6.4. Estimated times for deliveries and collections are provided by Restaurant and are only estimates. We do not guarantee that Orders will be delivered or will be available for collection within the estimated times.  If the delay happens, it will not be more than 30 minutes.

6.5. Goldenlor Yarrabilba has the discretion to reject Orders at any time because we are too busy, due to weather conditions or for any other reason. We will communicate any rejection promptly, and we will notify you (generally by email) as soon as reasonably practicable if a Restaurant rejects your Order.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all visitors to the Website, including all visitors who access the Website or Service through any mobile application or other platform or device.

7.1. Collected Information from you: When you visit the Website or use the Service to make an Order through our Website, you may be asked to provide information about yourself including your name, address, contact details (such as telephone and mobile numbers and e-mail address) and payment information (such as credit or debit card information). We may also collect information about your usage of the Website and Service and information about you from the materials (such as messages and reviews) you post to the Website and the e-mails or letters you send to us. Your telephone calls to us may also be recorded for training and quality purposes.

7.2. Usage of your information: Your information will only be used for the purposes of providing you with access to the relevant parts of the Website and to supply the Service. It will also enable us to bill you or contact you when necessary concerning the Service.  If you subscribe to our website, we will send to your email any special and promotion offer. However, We may use the information that you provide to us if we are under a duty to disclose or share your information in order to comply with (and/or where we believe we are under a duty to comply with) any legal obligation.
