Lamb Chili Schezuan


Lamb stir-frying with vegetables in house made spicy Schezuan Sauce. The Szechuan peppercorns  giving the sauce a unique “zingy-ness” taste.
Ingredients: lamb, vegetables, oyster sauce, chicken stock, minced ginger, dried chilli peppers, black rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, peppercorns.
Vegetables: onion, celery, zucchini, broccoli, carrot, cabbage, cauliflower. Vegetables can be changed due to season.
Note: It is a spicy dish

Allergies: contains soybean oil.
