Lamb Mongolian Sauce
One of the most favorite. Tender lamb stir-frying with vegetables in our house made savory, slightly sweet Mongolian sauce on hot wok.
Ingredients: lamb, vegetables, Mongolian sauce, chicken stock.
Vegetables: onion, celery, zucchini, broccoli, carrot, capsicum. Vegetables can be changed due to season.
Allergies: contains soybean, garlic extract.
San Choy Bow (4 lettuces)
One of favorite Chinese starters. Made with ground chicken and mix of vegetables in savory brown sauce . Serve with four lettuces. Spooned into lettuce cups, then wrapped into a roll shape to eat.
Ingredients: chicken mince, vegetables (onion, celery, zucchini, carrot, capsicum), soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame seeds (garnish).

Prawn Creamy Garlic
Prawn stir-frying with vegetables in a rich creamy garlic sauce.
Ingredients: prawn, vegetables, milk, butter, garlic and chicken stock.
Vegetables: onion, celery, zucchini, broccoli, carrot, cabbage, cauliflower , bok choy. Vegetables can be changed due to season.

Lamb Chili Schezuan
Lamb stir-frying with vegetables in house made spicy Schezuan Sauce. The Szechuan peppercorns giving the sauce a unique “zingy-ness” taste.
Ingredients: lamb, vegetables, oyster sauce, chicken stock, minced ginger, dried chilli peppers, black rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, peppercorns.

Flat white rice noodles are stir-fried with eggs, chicken, shallots, brown onion on hot wok in rich vibrant flavors, sweet and sour house made Pad Thai sauce.
